TRASH BASH STAYCATION SWEEPSTAKES RULES

19Winners will be chosen randomly on Monday, October 31st at 10:00AM EST and notified by email. No donation necessary to enter. Void where prohibited. Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous U.S. (including the District of Columbia), 18 or older. Sweepstakes begin at 12:01 EST on September 16, 2022. A pledge in any amount within these deadlines results in an automatic entry. To enter the sweepstakes without a donation, visit https://trashbash.nausetdisposal.com/ and submit your contact information. All entries must be complete to be eligible. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email. If potential winner cannot be reached after 10 days from first notification attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited. Entrants need not be present to win. In the event the winner declines the prize or if the prize is forfeited as stated above, another winner will be selected until the prize is awarded. Persons affiliated with Nauset Disposal are ineligible to win. No substitutions will be allowed and prizes may not be redeemed for cash or other consideration. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value of a prize.
